Joy

Awhile back I did a little bit of playing around to finish up this ornament. Finishing really isn't my favorite part of the process and so I'm never happy with the result, but it's good enough for me. :)

Last night we drove to Yakima and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Tony's Steakhouse with the staff of the Yakima office. Tony's is a new restaurant in town, upscale but very comfortable, serving American Kobe beef. Everything was delicious from my spinach/pear salad to the Steak Diane, leaving no room at all for a look at their dessert menu. It was fun to meet our two new agents and their SO's and say thank you for their good work with a delicious meal.

Tonight I have to buckle down and prepare dinner myself, after three evenings out. Luckily it's pizza night and I can make that without thinking. Once the kids are fed, I'll run out to stamp club and see what Sandy has prepared for us this month. It's always a great project!

Hope it's a lucky Friday the 13th for all of you!
