Home Again!

The drive home from Boise was delightfully uneventful, but very enjoyable. On this trip we listened to Orson Scott Card's, "Speaker for the Dead" on cd. Awhile back DH and I listened to "Ender's Game" and I was surprised at how much I was captivated by the tale of this young boy. "Speaker" is a sequel and the story is just as captivating. The drive isn't long enough to listen to all 12 cds, so we have several evenings ahead of stitching and listening!

Now that we're home, life gets back to normal.

Here's my new stash from Boise!
Blue Spruce Linen, 32 ct
Lavendar Mist Linen, 32 ct
Smokey Pearl Cashel Linen, 28 ct

Thread Gatherer Silk ‘n Colors – Spring Rainbow
Honey Blues
Straw Flower

As you may have guessed, I've already begun one design using some of the smokey pearl cashel and the spring rainbow silk floss. This is meant to be a gift, so won't include a photo just yet!
