Weekend Finishing

The storm that was predicted to affect even the Mid-Columbia area of Washington, didn't really materialize here.We did have a little wind, a little rain, and it's even a bit rainy today, but not any worse than a normal autumn storm.

With a forecast of wind and rain, I just decided to stay close to home. There's always laundry to be done, football games to be watched, and our newest grandson and his parents came over for a visit Saturday evening. In between, I framed up a couple of projects: Brew Haha and Falling Leaves from the DMC website.

It makes me so happy to see these on the wall!

Then I finished stitching up "All You Need is Love" by the Drawn Thread.

Such a sweet design and I really enjoyed stitching all those hearts in a variety of embroidery stitches!

Time to get ready for the office. Have a great day!

Love the stitches! We had a fair amount of wind and rain - I don't know what is normal for here yet lol

Lovely stitching! You had a very productive week-end. The storm was not bad over here either. We didn't even lose power and that can happen to us in a breeze!

Love them both, Von, but that Love finish is just stunning! The way she uses specialty stitches so well makes her designs so beautiful :)
