Garden Walk at Cindy's

Last Friday I visited my friend Cindy who has been a rose aficionado and an amazing gardener for many years and through several moves.

Her gardens and enthusiasm has definitely been an influence and inspiration for my own gardening endeavors.
Her yard borders the Amon Creek preserve where you can get a glimpse of what this area was like when Lewis and Clark came through.
Cindy is also an accomplished artist; her design and color sense is strongly felt in all the ways she expresses herself - through her garden, home, and art.

A fairly new addition to her garden is a collection of lilies that are not yet in bloom, giving me a great reason to visit again in a few weeks!
