Wrapping it Up

On Monday the 23rd arrived and it was time to head for home. We awoke in Pincher Creek, Alberta and found a familiar sight - a wind farm just outside of town.

Just to keep things interesting, we frequently stopped to enjoy the beauty.

So it was only a four day mini-vacation, but we packed a lot of miles and fun into it!

Since then, my boys have returned home from camp. What a quiet house we had for a few days! Kevin and Kyle have begun to train with the cross-country running team from the high school, getting me up and going in the morning earlier than my usual summer schedule. Still, it's been 80-85^F when they begin at 8:00 a.m.

The neighbors have begun their 4th of July celebrations - lots of popping and booming going on out there. A Happy 4th to all of you!

The windfarm could easily be a picture taken over here. :)

I'm glad you enjoyed such a fine time, Von. As restful as it no doubt was, I bet it's good to have the house full again. :D
