No Stitching Night

Instead of enjoying an evening at home celebrating our son Geoff's 22nd birthday, Gary and I had a business dinner in Spokane yesterday evening. Spokane is the largest city on the east side of the state, about 150 miles (240 km) from the Tri-Cities, kind of a longish drive for dinner, lol. But what a wonderful meal in a restaurant with the most delightful setting in Spokane - Anthony's Homeport. Click here for some pics of the restaurant interior and view of Spokane Falls.

While we were driving, ds Geoff was entertaining some friends here at the house, a great bunch of guys. Geoff brought in dinner and they played some games and were watching a movie when Gary and I returned home. This morning I found that our second refrigerator was full of leftovers from Panda Express, so lunch and dinner for today are already done! So it was his birthday, and I get the gift!

Sounds like a lot of birthday celebrations going on in the Paulson household! Yumm, I love Chinese leftovers as much as the first time around.

Congrat on the the birthdays - fun celebrations in both cases by the sounds/looks of it.
Hans is so adorable - what a proud Nana you must be.
It sure would have been fun to meet you Von but perhaps one day we will have the opportunity.
