Small Projects

Here is the smocking project I worked on while demonstrating at the fair. It's another little Grady gown that will be donated to our local neonatal intensive care unit. I need to get on the ball and smock more of these!

Here is this month's project from stamp club: A cute birthday card and a folded pocket that would make a nice presentation for a gift card. Quick, easy, fun cards!

Your smoking is so beautiful! I was talking about it with a friend of mine who was sad the art seemed to have died out - I said, "No, it's still alive!" and told her about your smocking. :)

I love the smocking and the card and pocket, Von. They are both so pretty.

Your room is coming along nicely. It takes time because you want to get it just right. Besides wanting to reorganize my stash, I need to reorganize my laundry room. It has gotten so out of hand this summer and I have only myself to blame. Everything got shoved in there because of all the parties and whatnot that went on here.

ooooh, I love smocking! It will be a lucky baby who gets to wear this gown.

Your smocking is lovely!

I love your stamping project. My SU Demo just decided to turn in her ink pads, so no more Stamp Club. I'll miss the projects, but I won't miss the monthly purchase - I have so much, it was getting hard to pick things to buy that I might actually use! :o)

I'm trying to decide what to do for my Christmas cards. I wasn't really crazy about the sets in the newest mini catty. Do you make your Holiday cards?

I love the stamping projects. I miss doing that kind of thing. On the road, I don't know where shops are that have make and takes or other activities. No room in here, anyway!

The smocking is beautiful. Do you have a particular project with which you work, or a special hospital?
