SBQ Day

Today's SBQ is:

Have you had a happy dance yet this year? If so, tell us about it!
(Or just point to the entry that talks about it.) If not, when do you
predict it will be?

I have had a couple of finishes on January 11 that I blogged about here:

Hard to say when my next finish will be, but I'm hoping to finish Winter Banner before the end of the month! I was able to get a few more stitches into it last night. This afternoon I was working on a Grady Gown for SAGA as I'm going to try to finish one of these (if not more) a month. I think I finished five or six last year, so twelve would be doubling that. It would be nice if I could finish more, as the NICU can use all the gowns we can possibly get done.

Hi Von! Thank you for your kind, helpful comments, and your prayers. I've just read your latest posts and I want to send you all my thoughts for your FIL and family. He seems to be recovering so I'm happy for you!
Computer down: I relate to you on that! Mine broke down a couple of months ago. We lost a few things in the process, but the essential was saved. Glad it's the same for you! And it's great having a new computer, someone to fix all the stuff etc, so I hope you get yours soon!
Winter banner: sinus infection, headache... We should keep some fill in works (you know, those stitches you needn't count) for these occasions... Hope you're feeling better! You're using great threads and fabric: it must be a treat!!!
Now, I'll have a look at your 2006 finishes (anything apart from the gorgeous xmas ornies?).
Lots of hugs and thanks, dear Von.

I'm amazed at your productivity the last couple weeks, even with being unwell! I am still struggling away on orny #2. Oh well!

Glad to hear Oscar is getting better!

lots of love

I have to say I think it's wonderful that you're making those gowns - they'll be so gratefully received :)
