No posts since Wednesday, so I have a little catching up to do! I did get the smocking started on the little bishop dress and I'm hoping to get it finished up tonight/tomorrow so I can finish constructing it and have it ready for Friday - that's asking a lot from me!

Saturday we watched Kirsten and the American Heritage Girls troop that she's part of in the West Richland Veteran's Day parade. Weather reports didn't look promising on Friday, but Saturday dawned with cloudy skies, but no wind or rain. As for the afternoon, DH and I went over to his business partner's house to see how his remodeling and addition came out on his home. They added onto the master bedroom, kitchen and added a whole new media room - really a mini movie theater. We watched part of a movie to get the full effect, but will have to go back soon to enjoy an entire movie with them. Really, really, nice!

In the evening we went out to the elder Winckler's home, north of Pasco about 30 miles for our monthly Gracefull Dinner. Since we are familiar with the intracacies of the back road to the house, we volunteered to drive the carpool vehicle for all the town folk! As always we had a lovely time and totally lost track of the hour, getting home a little later than we'd planned on.

Today was our usual Sunday routine with church in the morning and a quiet afternoon at home, returning to church for evening service. I spent all afternoon (when I wasn't rounding up dinner, etc.) smocking. I really like how the design is working out. Tomorrow I'll try to get some photos to update my progress.

Many thanks to all of you who have left comments over the last couple of weeks! I appreciate them and you for taking time!
