Everybody Dance Now!

Kirsten's neighbor friend, Cassidy, has left her cd player here the last couple of weeks. The cd inside is a compilation of mostly stale party music. My DGS, Hans, has found this player and it's the first thing he heads for at Nana's! He turns that thing on and starts to "dance" making the music very enjoyable for those of us in the audience. However, only he and Kirsten are allowed to dance. Aunt Lanie made the mistake of dancing along this afternoon and he yelled out, "No dance, Lanie!" Well, Lanie doesn't take that from a 2 year old, she just laughs and keeps on dancing. Hans will just have to learn that he's just not the boss he thinks he is, lol!

Hans was a bit of a grouch today and having a touch of a cold might have something to do with it, as well as being awakened from a nice nap to go to Nana's. Jaeger, on the other hand, was very happy today, content with all the toys we would give him; and he didn't take a little snooze as he usually does.

Tonight I am working on the smocked ornament that must be finished for Thursday's meeting. I'm really loving the look of these beads on the satin and can hardly wait for the finishing lesson. I might have to get some blue satin and make some for myself - my Christmas tree is in blues and silver.

Thank you, dear friends, for the wonderfully complimentary comments on my smocked dress. It was so nice to be able to share it with all of you!

We also have some pint-sized bosses in our household, too!

Haha, your description of Hans and his dancing was so great, I could picture him in my head - that picture really made me laugh, he sounds just gorgeous! :)
