Thorny Thursday

It's hot in the garden today. All week the temps have been high 90s to 100 degrees F. So the roses that have blossomed have quickly dried out on the shrub. I've still been able to get some pics of blooms before the sun got to them.

It's so nice that even though I've neglected the garden quite a bit this year, it still looks nice and rewards me with beautiful blossoms throughout the growing season.

The roses are just beautiful!! Stay cool! We finally got AC last Spring. Right now I am saying thank heavens!

Gorgeous! It has been hot here also. I have not been able to get out there. Thank goodness my husband has been watering, but the cleanup and weeding are going to be atrocious!

Oh, your roses are so perfect looking! Such soft, sweet colors... Hot here, too, but today is less humid, thankfully :)
