Springing Up

Look what is happening in my garden! New growth springing up amidst the old, dead remains of last year's garden. It's always exciting to peruse through the leaves to see what is coming back.

The roses are really taking off, faster than I can get out there to do some pruning. Aw, it'll happen one of these days. . .

New growth - new project! I finally started Connie's A Legacy of Love over the weekend. It should go rather quickly once the top and bottom are stitched.

More growth in my studies. I'm almost at the 10% point in the course, having just started Anatomy and Disease yesterday. Luckily for me, I do not have to memorize all those muscles and bones and what they do. Spelling them all correctly is the goal, and one of the main skills of the MT is using resources to check your work.

Now to get back to it so I can stitch this afternoon!! Or maybe I should do some clean up outside. . . or a little of both. :)

I'm catching up on the last few posts, and that new baby is adorable. I'm still waiting for mine to make his appearance.

Your other "baby" is a doll. She really does look grown up.

Good luck with the MT program. In my former life, as a stay-at-home mom, I used to key 1000 medical claims a day. It wasn't the same as transcribing, but it sure worked great for being at home with the kids.

I'm starting to see the tinyest signs of growth in my gardens as well! Isn't it nice?

Keep working hard on that course!

I'm still waiting to see some new growth come out of my garden. Haven't seen any yet, but it should be soon. Love your new project a lot. I haven't done anything like that in a while, but it's always so pretty! And good luck with your program. I keep going back and forth about doing that. Have all the information and passed the tests, but for some reason I keep stalling.

I do enjoy winter (I know, I'm crazy), but it's always nice to see new bits of green popping out of the ground. I don't think I've ever been as excited to see leaves budding on trees as I was this week, when our tree starting showing some green. Lovely stitching!

I'll just bet your fingers are itching to get into those beautiful gardens that you worked so hard on last summer.
Love your new stitch. Those hearts are perfect.

Isn't it great when you see that new growth? My tulips are all up now since we've had such mild weather lately. However they're calling for snow again next week so I hope they're hardy enough!

Those are among the greatest moments in spring when you discover the plants coming out of the earth, the first flowers opening their petals and the trees budding. Can't wait to see all these things in my garden.
