Mid-Week Missive

We've had our first bit of snow here in the Mid-Columbia, but it was soon melted. The weatherman is calling for more messy weather this week. With a daughter who drives to college each day, I get a little nervous when I hear such reports. But then when I was her age I was driving 200 miles on snow-packed roads to get home for Thanksgiving and Christmas and I was fine - she will be too. (Lord hear my prayer.)

That sneaky Secret Santa is sure getting around! Look what I found in my mailbox yesterday! SS you are creating quite a buzz here in blogland. :) Thank you so much for your sweet holiday greetings!

Still stitching away on Deb's nrr which will be finished in time to mail off to Cindy on Saturday. It's been such fun to see the progress on each piece, especially those which I've gotten to see first hand!
