Whew!

Finally! My Neighborhood RR is finished and in the mail. I do so appreciate all your kindness and enthusiasm shown for my little house and garden. My square is based on Victoria Sampler's Cottage Garden Sampler. Here I stitched the arbor, then extended the fence using Trebizond silk.
As charted the cottage was too small, so I doubled the size and went from there. The wonderful roof is done in a gobelin stitch in Waterlilies Cafe au Lait. I added the window over the door.
Last, I added the trees, which were adapted from VS Heirloom Homecoming Sampler.
This is only the beginning of many more neighborhoods to stitch over the coming months. After enjoying watching the progress of Our Neighborhood of Make Believe, I can get in on some of the fun myself!

Now, I'm flying out the door to catch a few airplanes. Puerto Rico is our destination this time! What a spring for travel we're having. :)
