One Afternoon's Work

Ah, my Thanksgiving bread baking is finished! I have 32 dinner rolls and six loaves of cinnamon swirl bread ready to be packed for the holiday weekend in Boise. I should have had some laundry going too, but dgs Jaeger was here making a delightful distraction from my chores.

I still need to run over to Costco for a few items, get kids to karate, and get our things together for tomorrow's drive. It seems I always have good intentions of having bags packed the night before, but don't follow through. Just like we always leave the house about an hour later than the intended time. Lol.

The next entry will be from Boise, maybe. :) I should probably spend my computer time catching up with all of your blogs!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Your bread baking looks terrific! It is Weds. night here and I have to start a pumpkin cheesecake, glazed apple pie and cupcakes for the kids after I get the gang to bed! Luckily, your pic has inspired me! :)

I hope you have/had a good time with your family. But I only now read the sad news about your newest grandson. I hope your daughter and all your family and yourself may recover from this loss. I hope there are many people that will stay to comfort you.
